So, the third episode is over and below is our weekly recap of tonights episode. MTV have managed to do it again, keeping us intrigued on how some of the events were to fold out. The episode mainly focuses on relationships, and of course the celebration of Jay’s birthday. Oh, and how could we forget… Holly leaving. Surprise surprise. Any who, more info on this episode below for those who haven’t had chance to watch and interested in the what’s happened!

Similar to previous episodes, from the start, the cameras are on the cast waking up. This time, it focuses on Charlotte waking up in Gary’s bed. Yup, you guessed it already. They slept together. It was bound to happen sometime, right? This is just one of the on going struggling relationships / not actually a relationship in the house.

Soon after, the Geordie Shore cast are joined with Holly’s best mate and boyfriend. Which from Holly’s over dramatic reaction, is unexpected. The guests meet the cast and introduce one another and fortunately for Holly, Gary is at work. While they sit down and have a chat, Holly slips up about some of her recent actions with random lads on a night out, and the events with Gaz on the first night. Fooled by Holly’s pretty much b*lls**t lies, her boyfriend acts like he doesn’t care. Yet still tries to enforce the “pact” of the looking but no touching rule. Few minutes later, Gary and Charlotte walk in from their job (of serving at a party and checking people in). Unfortunately nothing happens and every one seems to get on. I was hoping something would kick off. After all they did sleep together.

It’s Friday night and the crew are out clubbing and having a good time. Jay and Vicky get it off with each other even though minutes before, Vicky was “tashing” on with some other lad. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, all until Holly started kicking up a fuss. Holly was in pretty much of a state and after being told to stop dancing on the club furniture by Vicky, she pretty much raged and left the club.

It’s Jay’s birthday and also the day Holly’s boyfriend goes back home. The lads seemed to get a long fine with Holly’s boyfriend through out his stay. So after a few awkward goodbyes during the crews session in the hot tob. Holly’s boyfriend leaves. To help kick off Jay’s birthday celebration, the crew have a laugh and a few tries at go karting. Few minutes later when they have arrived back home, Jay’s family and friends turn up to join in on the celebration and go out for a meal. Which in this scene, you can see how close Vicky and Charlotte are trying to get to the lads. To finish the night, everyone goes out clubbing at Powerhouse and live it up in the VIP section. Although things start to go Pete Tong when the girls notice a pretty blonde follow Jay into the toilets and storm the place down to find out what’s going on. Since nothing actually happened, Jay rages at the girls… with his shirt off and Vicky’s brilliant line of “how can you take anyone seriously with their top off and their eyebrows waxed?” had me in stitches.

Finally, after a night of feeling left out and with other recent issues in the house. Holly decides to finally leave. Which after our recent poll on the site, might be news some of you didn’t want to hear. But it was pretty amusing as not one person noticed she had left the club on the final night. Maybe she might make a return later in the series? Or even Jersey Shore Angelina style and make an awkward return in series 2 (if there is one!).
